Our email servers  are located in Mexico in a cloud environment within the Triara Data Centers. Said environment does not allow the output of information abroad.  Our website server is located in Mexico but in compliance with the requirements of the GDPR and of course the Federal Data Protection Law in Private Possession. In the case of artificial intelligence programs, our tools are found with different providers in the cloud, but whose standards comply with the regulation of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.

SECURITY MEASURES.

Our Backup Servers are outside of any connection to the Internet and are safeguarded according to the internal Personal Data Protection Policies of Alcanza Barristers SAS, designating only one person responsible for their custody. The stored data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy as well as our Information Security Policy, following a criterion of minimization of information at all times.

Our Platforms for Application Programming Interfaces with Representational State Transfer (REST APIs) have compliance protocols that adhere to the data protection policies of the European Union (General Data Protection Regulation).

In the event that the information provided in your request is erroneous or insufficient, or the necessary documents are not attached to prove your identity or the corresponding legal representation, the CONTROLLER, within five business days following receipt of your request, will require the correction of the deficiencies to be able to process it. In these cases, you will have ten business days to attend to the request for correction, counted from the day after you received it. The corresponding request will be deemed not submitted if you do not respond within said period.
